How does it work?
Dream Prewedding AI is a platform utilizing Artificial Intelligence to assist you in creating your dream prewedding photos. The AI is trained with your existing photos to generate personalized prewedding images according to your preferences.

What kind of photos should I upload?
We recommend submitting 8 to 20 couple photos, mixed between close-ups and body shots. Diverse elements such as facial expressions, locations, backgrounds, and perspectives enhance the results. High quality photos work best, and we suggest minimal makeup to prevent exaggeration. Explicit content is not accepted.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We welcome payments through credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Additionally, for Indonesian citizens, we support mobile phone billing with Indosat, Telkomsel, XL, and various e-wallet options such as Gopay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and more, accessible through Google Pay and Apple Pay.

What happens to my photos after the training process?
After training our AI model with your input photos and generating the result, we promptly delete both the input photos and the result from our servers within 7 days. For faster deletion, you can email us at [email protected].

Who holds the rights to the generated photos?
You do. We provide you with complete commercial license and ownership of your photos.

How many good photos can I expect?
Similar to a traditional photo shoot, not every result may meet expectations. While you can expect around 30% exceptional photos, the entire batch will be provided for your review. This way, you have the autonomy to select and keep the photos that meet your preferences.

Will the AI-generated photos resemble me?
If you upload reference photos that clearly showcase your face, the answer would be yes. While our technology is continually evolving, not every photo from the hundreds you receive may be an exact match. However, if you find the results unsatisfactory, feel free to reach out. We will be happy to assist you with revisions.

What if the results are not great or don't look like me, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, due to the extensive computational resources involved in training the AI model and rendering for the creation of your prewedding photos, we are unable to provide refunds. However, you can contact our customer service, and we will help you select photos to generate the best AI photo results for your next order.

Why is it still in beta?
We're still fine-tuning our AI to achieve better results and gathering more feedback before a full release. Keep in mind that the AI isn't perfect and has its limitations. Use with your discretion.
