I never received my portrait, what happened?
This could be due to a high number of requests. The AI takes roughly 3 minutes to generate a portrait. Your request may be in the queue, and you will be notified when it is ready. Also, check your spam box.

Can I delete the picture I sent?
Photos are stored only for the time needed to generate the portrait. They are automatically and definitively deleted afterward.

Will you publish or post my photo on your website or social media?
Photos are never published without explicit consent. If you wish to have your portrait posted, you can contact us via email or social media.

Can I use the portrait generated by DaVinci Face for my commercial purposes?
Portraits generated for free cannot be used commercially. For commercial use, you need to purchase the high-resolution version without the logo.
